Because I’m kind of obsessed with Lysa TerKeurst. And because even though I workout 6 days a week, I still have an issue with food. So I thought, why not? 

Just started this one last night. I’m excited to see if it does anything for me. 

I’ll definitely be sharing my ‘results’. 

And just so we are on the same page, for breakfast I’ve had 3 cups of coffee (about to make number 4) and a handful of gummy bears. 

So yeah, my diet needs a little help.
