Why Direct Retail?

People are always skeptical about another ‘direct sales’ company. It must be too good to be true. I must have fallen for a scam. I probably wasted a ton of money on getting started.

I’ve heard it all. Fortunately, none of those things are true. I listened to the Beautycounter story and I knew that I had to do something. I knew I had to become involved.

From the business side to the products I use and love, I haven’t found any downside with this company.

No, I haven’t been tricked or fooled. I just know that opportunities like this don’t come around very often, and I knew I had to take a chance on something  I was very passionate about.

When I joined in February 2014, we were just shy of 1,200 consultants. In January we are at 2,500. Today, we are at about 10,000. This mission is important. I’m not just selling another line of skincare and cosmetics. I’m helping educate people on making safer, healthier choices. I am teaching consumers to be aware and to demand better. And I am taking my fight all the way to Washington. There’s nothing wrong with sales, but this is so much more than that.
