Pulled Pork

This is a repeat from last year, but I just had to share again because it is one of my most favorite recipes ever. It’s super easy and super yummy and it makes your house smell like you’ve been working hard in the kitchen all day when you haven’t.

You just need 3 ingredients: Pork Loin or Shoulder 1-2lbs (I get whatever is on sale), a bottle of BBQ sauce (your choice) and a can of Root Beer, Dr. Pepper or Diet Dr. Pepper. (I’m sure you could use others, but these are the ones I’ve tried.)

Directions:

Place pork in crock pot. Add can of soda. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Drain. (I leave a little juice, personally.) Shred with fork. Add bottle of BBQ sauce. Serve.
