So I’ve been doing pretty well with my new ‘diet’. I cut out soda, diet and regular. And I’ve only had 2 cookies this week, which is a BIG DEAL in this house. I love all things sweet. I’ve also been more aware of what I’m eating and I’ve been cutting down on my portion sizes.
We have been cleaning out the cabinets and we are pretty much done with the junk food in the house. I really am trying my best to stay away from processed foods. And so far, everyone has been handling pretty well.
I’m not a fan of cooking at all. The husband is the one who enjoys that. So when I have to be in the kitchen, I like simple and easy.
