Tonight I had my monthly women’s ministry meeting. I was busy running a few errands beforehand and I had to drop the kids off with Justin at his parents’ house.

I plugged in the destination address into my phone and hurried quickly down the road. (One of my biggest pet peeves is to be late, and I was cutting it pretty close so I had to hurry!)

I listened as my phone told me what street to turn and then there it was, telling me to take a right on Huffsmith.

Now remember it was only yesterday that I went down Huffsmith, in tears, and full of panic.

I couldn’t believe it, what were the odds? But I made the turn because I didn’t have the time to go a different route. I was scared and nervous, but today I leaned on God. And today, I drove down Huffsmith smiling and singing along to the radio!

He was there with me and He made me feel safe.

I’m pretty glad we had our fight and we made up. I couldn’t have done it without Him.
